Terms & conditions for installations with contract.

  • contratoFor our installation with a contract is necessary to present your ID / NIE or passport, and bank documentation. (A copy of the book or receipt)
  • The installed equipment consists of a 18 month warranty from the date of installation.
  • The warranty is declared void if the equipment has been opened or tampered with by anyone other than the technician from Wifi-Blue SL. It is not allowed to access or change the settings of any installed equipment and NEVER press the reset button, as the equipment loses all its configuration.
  • Wifi-Blue is not responsible for factors beyond their control.WIFI-BLUE has a margin of 48 working hours for any incidence on the network.
  • Customer agrees to charge of transfer and technical service work, for any incident that is not fault of WIFI-BLUE.
  • WIFI Blue can only secure Internet connection at the address of the original installation, if moving house there is no guarantee of coverage, which does not mean that you can end the contract. If the installation is possible, reinstallation price is 50 € plus the necessary material.
  • The username and password is only for personal use, and it is forbidden to share this information. The client agrees to keep all the keys related to their connection in a protected location.
  • This contract has a duration of 18 months from the date of installation, if the contract is broken by the user before,  a penalty fee of € 100 for travel and labor costs of dismantling it will apply.
  • In case of return of the direct debit, your connection will be interrupted until the payment been done at our office, plus applicable bank charges. Failure to hear from you after 3 working days from the return, we will try to contact you. After 15 days, we will take appropriate action.
  • If the contract is broke for lack of signal from WIFI Blue, the company would collect the equipment installed returning to the user, the propocional part of the monthly fee.
