WIFI BLUE SL obeys the laws 100% and expect the same from our customers, so we ask that you please read our terms and conditions.
In the case that a customer does not apply to our Terms and Conditions, consider it reason to close the account with immediate effect. In the case that a customer breaks the law, stated in our Terms and Conditions account would be closed with immediate effect and the competent authorities will be notified immediately.
1. The Service
1.1 The service is a wireless Internet connection to the network of WIFIBLUE SL, using the necessary equipment to do so. We are committed to provide the service using all reasonable skill and care of a relevant service provider wireless network.
1.2 If the client connects to the wireless network of WIFI BLUE SL without any equipment installed by the company, the customer must ensure good signal quality before moving procurement service. WIFI BLUE SL will not reimburse credit purchased via PayPal or at our office when the signal quality is marginal or there is a fault in the client computer.
2. Secure connection
2.1 We can issue you a series of usernames and passwords, which we consider essential to use the service safely. You must ensure that they remain confidential, safe and used in accordance with instructions.
2.2 If we consider that you can be producing a breach in terms of security concerns or is making a inappropriate use of the service, then we can :
(a) Change your password and notify thereon; and / or
(b) Suspend the user name and password or access to the service.
2.3 If you think a not authorized person know your username or password or any password is being used, or could be misused, notify WIFI BLUE SL.
3. Interruption of service for maintenance
3.1 It can happen that we must temporarily suspend the service for operational reasons (eg for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades). We promise to restore the service as soon as practicable after suspension.
3.2 We may have to modify the codes or access numbers or technical specifications associated with the service for operational reasons.
3.3 We can give you instructions on how to use our service to ensure quality of service that we provide you and other customers. You must follow these instructions.
4. Incidences on the network
4.1 Although we try to provide the best service possible, we can not guarantee that the system is totally free of incidents. However, will correct any incidents on which we are informed as soon as reasonably possible.
4.2 We reserve the right to allow 3 working days for our technicians to resolve any issue.
4.3 If a fault occurs in the service or if your password is forgotten, you must contact WIFI BLUE SL in the first instant.
5.1 You agree to pay the service charges and other costs contained in price list. The price list is an integral part of this contract.
5.2 When you register for the service, or any service offered by WIFI BLUE SL, we ask you to make payment in advance before continue using the service.
6. Use of service
6.1 Unless otherwise authorized by us in writing, you can only use a user account solely for your use of the service.
6.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, provide, rent, lend, pledge, transfer, directly or indirectly, distribute or exploit any portion of the Service without written consent and advance. You will not use the Service in a way forbidden by law or regulation and you will follow our rules and policies.
6.3 You may not use the service or let the service be used for any improper purpose or in any way damaging the property of WIFI BLUE SL or interfere with or affect the network WIFI-BLUE or any other user or subscriber.
6.4 In addition, you agree not to use or attempt to use the service, network or WIFI BLUE SL website, or equipment of any fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, abusive or otherwise harm or cause risk to our business, reputation, employees, users, or anyone facilities. Improper uses include, but are not limited to;
(a) Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
(b) Posting or transmitting content that you have no right to broadcast or transmit;
(c) Posting or transmitting content that infringes trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, publicity, privacy or any other rights of a third party;
(d) Posting or transmitting content that is illegal, false, harassing, defamatory, abusive, tortious, threatening, obscene, hateful, harmful or otherwise objectionable as determined in our sole discretion;
(e) Attempting to intercept, collect or store information about third parties without their knowledge or consent;
(f) Remove, manage or revise any material posted by any other person or entity;
(g) Access, manage or use non-public areas of the Service or any website, computer systems or network WIFI-BLUE
(h) Attempting to investigate, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or compromise the security or authentication measures;
(i) Trying to access / or inspect the service or any network or website with any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism other than the software and / or search agents provided by us or any other search engine for third party network generally available;
(j) Sending or attempting to send unsolicited messages, this includes without limitation, promotions or advertisements for products or services, pyramid schemes, spam or chain mail;
(k) Use or attempt to use the Service or our web page WIFI-BLUE to send altered, deceptive or false source information;
(l) Attempting to decipher, decompile, or reverse dismantle machination of any software made or in any way constitute part of the Service or any WIFI-BLUE website
(m) Interfere or attempt to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including without limitation this, send a “virus” to the service or any webpage WIFI BLUE SL, overloading, flooding, send spam or break / take down the service or any WIFI-BLUE website
(n) Imitate or distort your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Your use of the Internet.

8. Suspension of Service / Breach of contract:
We may suspend the Service and / or terminate the contract at any time without any refund or compensation:
(a) With immediate effect if you materially breach the terms and conditions present.
(b) With immediate effect if we establish that the service is being used in a manner described in paragraph 6.
(c) With immediate effect if bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings against you or in the event that takes place an agreement with creditors or that has a custodian or administrator appointed over its assets or has made any liquidation.
(d) Effective immediately, if it occurred earlier termination of service due to a breach by you.
(e) If we decide to suspend the service, any user name, password or access will be suspended for administration.
9. Modifications to equipment WIFI BLUE SL
Only authorized personnel from WIFI BLUE SL may access the setup menu for the antennas, wireless access points or any other equipment frin WIFI-BLUE installed on our network. Being totally prohibited that any client restart any equipment or attempt to readjust any of our antennas.
10. Issues beyond our control.
The signal quality and coverage area can vary depending on terrain, area, temporary conditions and customer equipment. All listed coverage areas are presented only as a guide. WIFI BLUE SL will not reimburse purchased access via the homepage when the signal quality is marginal or there is a fault in customer equipment.
11. Our responsibility.
11.1 We are not responsible (in negligence or otherwise) in the case of incurred losses that would not have been foreseen at the beginning of this contract, nor caused damages for loss of opportunity, goodwill, reputation, business, revenue, profits or savings you have seen perform or obtain, or expenses without benefits or data that have been lost or used dishonestly.
11.2 We will not be responsible for any kind (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of other providers of telecommunications services or for faults or failures of their networks and equipment.
11.3 Each of the provisions of this paragraph No. 11, must be met separately and independently of the remaining provisions.
12. Modification of terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions or prices at any time.
13. How to make a notification
13.1 As all subscriptions (except contracts)are automatically canceled after a preset period of time, no notice are required of any party. No refunds will be made in respect of unused time.
13.2 You are responsible for checking emails that have been sent to the email provided as part of the service.
None of the parties hereto has renounced their rights established by this contract due to a lack or delay in exercising that right.
15. Rights of third parties.
Any person not a party to this agreement has no right to enforce any term of this contract, without prejudice to any rights or remedies it may have a third party under the provisions of the law.
16. Applicable law
In case of dispute between the parties, shall be binding as established by Spanish law and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and Spanish courts.
